While at the Vintage Bazaar a few weeks ago, I discovered Chicago’s first donut truck, Beaver’s Coffee & Donuts:
On the streets since November 2011, Beaver’s serves up mini-donuts with a variety of gourmet toppings. Behold, the Reese’s:
They even have a menu option called “The Busy Beaver”. Hey, Beaver’s! You should swing by the Beaver Dam— we have plenty of hungry button makers.
