Congratulations to Kate Glosser, winner of our Pinback Project LOVE button design contest! Kate’s submission, selected from among 20 entries, has won her $200 cash, a $50 Busy Beaver gift certificate and a 4-pack of Rifle Paper Co. greeting cards.
Kate, a huge fan our guest judge, Anna Bond of Rifle Paper Co., found out about the contest through Rifle’s Facebook page. She submitted a couple of entries for the contest, with “Blush” being her very last attempt. Kate was inspired to create the design after coming upon a blog that talked about an artists event at a museum with the theme “Blush.” She said, “It stood out to me because it isn’t typically used in the ‘Valentine’s vocabulary.’”
