What button adorns Marty McFly's denim jacket in Robert Zemeckis' classic 1985 art-film, Back To The Future, you ask? Well, for those of you who didn't pass "The Art of The Google 101" in community college, I'll tell you...

Pinned to Marty's fetching Guess denim jacket is a button that reads "Art In Revolution", lovingly recreated to the left by Busy Beaver Button Co's Design Service.

My guess is this button has something to do with a 1971 exhibition in London of Soviet Art entitled "Art in Revolution : Soviet Art and Design Since 1917". The cover of the book printed for the exhibition features nearly the same design.

How Marty got a hold of a button from an art show that took place in London 14 years before the events of the film is unclear.
