Shipping & Delivery
Standard Turnaround requires one week for production plus ground shipping (USPS and Fedex). Rush Shipping guarantees delivery on your requested arrival date in the cart. If you need your buttons faster, we offer Same Day Service requires a 150% markup plus shipping. Next Day Service is a 100% markup plus shipping, and 48 Hour turnaround is 50% markup plus shipping. Please call (773.645.3359) or email us (orders@busybeaver.net) for our Same Day, Next Day, and 48 Hour rush services. You receive an e-mail with tracking information when your order ships! Pick up your order in Chicago Monday through Friday between 9 and 5:30PM.

Button Information
Buttons are produced with American-made parts in the USA. Designs are printed CMYK with a digital press on post-consumer recycled paper. Mylar is an earth-friendly protective shield that makes your buttons shine.

Returns & Replacements
Custom products are not eligible for returns or refunds. You agree to submit the correct file for your button, create a design that is easy to read at your button size, provide the 300dpi resolution at your button size, provide correct text and images, include linked files, provide color match information if needed, and use the design template to layout your button. Image color, lightness, and darkness are subjective and not grounds for returns. Your satisfaction is important! Want to ensure your order is made to your specifications? Ordering
Ordering custom buttons from busybeaver.com is more streamlined than ever! Just browse to find which button size you'd like, select the button type and printing options. Once in that product's detail page you have options to choose paper color, upload your own artwork or use our design services. Enter a quantity then click the add to cart button! The contents of your cart are displayed in the box at the top right hand corner on every page so you can see a running total of items you are ordering. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the ordering process.

When placing your order, please ensure you give the correct contact information as incorrect details will delay processing your order. Although we are happy to deliver goods to an alternative address (eg. your place of employment), your billing name and billing address must match that of the credit/debit card used for payment. If details don't match, then further checks are carried out to protect both our customers and ourselves from possible fraudulent transactions. Orders are only despatched once they have passed our security checks.

Once you have placed your order and completed the checkout process a confirmation e-mail is automatically sent to you. Please check your incoming e-mails for this. Please check that this email hasn't been accidentally filtered as spam by your email filter as it may be sitting in your spam folder. If after a short time you haven't received your order confirmation please e-mail us and we can confirm whether your order has been received.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Full payment is required to start production. Acceptable methods are Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Google Checkout.

Illinois Sales Tax Exempt
Busy Beaver is now charging Illinois state sales tax. This change only applies to orders which will be shipped to an Illinois location or picked up at the Beaver Dam. If you or your organization are Illinois Sales Tax Exempt, please email a copy of your Illinois Sales Tax Exempt letter (for non-profits) or a CRT-61 (for resellers) to orders@busybeaver.net. Viewing Orders
All Orders, which includes previous orders can be viewed by visiting the "My Account" section after signing into your account.

Updating Account Information
Just sign into your account and update account information at your convenience. Go to the "My Account" tab and you will have the option to update all of your account information from your phone number to your home address.
