The gaming community is a close-knit one, and Wilson values that Busy Beaver has a similar approach. "They’re so personal and friendly, so I never have to be shy about asking for an alteration to an order," she says. Not only that, she's grateful that Busy Beaver's design transparency goes both ways. "The attention to detail is also great, since they’ve caught more than a few mistakes on my part!"
For Laura, the times Busy Beaver really stands out are the times where they have every excuse not to. Recently Fangamer ordered 300 buttons to pair as a pre-order bonus to a shirt they were launching. After selling 1000 shirts in the first day alone, their simple pre-order of 300 quickly evolved into an emergency order of 5,000. "They didn’t even blink, and had our buttons to us in plenty of time. When we had to do it AGAIN a few weeks later for the second run of the shirt, they were just as ready.Back to Gamer Merchandise Next Story
