Our in-house design team will review artwork to ensure you will receive the very best custom bumper sticker printing.

Our design team will check your artwork to make sure it has the proper image resolution and size, art is within the safe area and includes a full bleed and color is CMYK.

If your artwork looks good, we'll begin production. If changes are needed, you will receive an email from our design team within 1 business day.

Want to see a proof before printing your bumper stickers? Check the box above and our design team will email you a PDF of your artwork within the template so you can see what your custom bumper sticker will look like before it goes into production.

Please submit artwork for custom bumper stickers according to the following guidelines:
• Art is in CMYK Color
• Art is at least 300 dpi
• Art is at least the size of your chosen sticker
• Include .125 inch bleed on all designs
• All fonts are outlined
• All linked images are embedded in file
• Fonts are 5pt size or above
• Line weight is 0.5pt thick or above

Need color matching?
We are happy to match Solid Coated Pantone process colors at no charge. To request color matching, provide PMS color code into the comment section of your order. Your artwork must be a vector file with that spot color set up in the design.

What’s the minimum to order bumper stickers?

You can order custom bumper stickers starting at just 50 stickers per design. This low minimum makes it easy to print bumper stickers for a campaign, event, or message you want on the move.

Are your bumper stickers waterproof and weatherproof?

Yes! Our bumper stickers are printed on thick, outdoor-grade vinyl and finished with a UV-rated laminate. They’re waterproof, weather-resistant, and built to last up to 5 years on cars, bikes or wherever you choose to stick them!

Can I get a sample of my bumper sticker before I place a full order?

Yes. You can order a single sample for $8 to test your design, colors, and finish before printing a full run of bumper stickers. Contact orders@busybeaver.net to request a sample.

Can I print a bumper sticker in a custom size or shape?

Of course! Busy Beaver offers three standard bumper sticker sizes: two rectangular options and one oval. We can also create custom-shaped bumper stickers through our Die Cut Stickers option if you’re looking for a unique shape or specific dimensions.

How long does it take to print bumper stickers?

Standard turnaround is 5 business days from proof approval.

Clean the surface thoroughly and let it dry. Peel the backing, apply the bumper sticker from one end, and press outward to smooth it down. For the best results, allow 24 hours for the adhesive to fully cure.
